TLV Discusses Ways to Deliver Exceptional Customer Service
The Thought Leader’s Viewpoint (TLV) interviewed Christopher J. King, president of Robinson Engineering, in its fifth episode. He discussed how organizations could provide exceptional customer service.
According to King, knowing the people we serve is the first step toward building a customer-focused culture.
“If you don’t know the customer, you really don’t know what the effort should be to solve their problems,” King said. “To do that, you have to communicate with them.”
King advises combining customer-knowledge with continual staff development to guarantee top-tier customer service.
Robinson Engineering serves approximately 70 communities with a population of 650K. The company is a co-sponsor of “Exceptional Customer Service Starts with You,” a workshop organized by Governors State’s School of Extended Learning.
