GSU President Showcased in Bud Billiken Parade

Governors State University (GSU) President Dr. Cheryl Green joined the 93rd Annual Bud Billiken Parade as an honorary Grand Marshal on Saturday as thousands came out for the nation’s longest running African American parade. The tradition celebrates academic excellence and Black achievement with drill team performances, colorful floats and appearances by local and state dignitaries.
