GSU Fundraiser Featured on Telemundo Chicago
Governors State University Recruitment Specialist Karina Hernandez Cazarez recently appeared on NBC's Telemundo Chicago to discuss the university's premier fundraiser, Sculpture, Wine, and Dine on September 14.
Sculpture, Wine, and Dine is the university's signature fundraiser, which supports the Nathan Manilow Sculpture Park. Heralded as one of the top ten sculpture parks in the world, this “museum-in-the-prairie” remains a free public resource for the community 365 days a year.
The unique farm-to-table experience will be accompanied by a meet and greet with artists, guided tours by golf cart; Self-guided walking tours, as well as screenings of "Searching for Lady Day: A Portrait in Steel" a 30-minute documentary about artist Mark di Suvero.
