GovState's Jaguar 5K returns October 26
Whether you are running for a personal best or just out to enjoy the beautiful fall scenery on the Governors State University (GovState) campus, join us for the annual Jaguar 5K!
This year, organizers have added even more fun and exciting events, including a 1 mile walk, age bracket awards and ceremony, and a free kids dash provided by Lupus Society of Illinois.
Plus, enjoy a guided tour of the Nathan Manilow Sculpture Park after the race.
Organizer Veronica Blair said this year's Jaguar5K is a great way to build on momentum and create community.
"Governors State University wants to strengthen our community and make it a more vibrant place for us all. These annual events are becoming a tradition that brings families together and to campus. It's also a way to promote wellness and reinforce that we are better together."
