Dr. Frank Czuba is an Associate Professor of Occupational Therapy in the College of Health and Human Services (CHHS) at Governors State University (GovState). He earned a Doctor of Occupational Therapy from Governors State University and is a registered and licensed occupational therapist (OTR/L).

Dr. Czuba joined GovState in 2019 after 25-plus years of clinical occupational therapy practice and rehabilitation management. His teaching experience includes: development and delivery of non-academic, professional continuing education courses.
