Dr. Evelina Mengova is a Full Professor of Economics at Governors State University. She earned a Master of Arts in Economics from Central European University before earning a Ph.D. in Economics from Georgetown University. 

Before working at Governors State University, Dr. Mengova taught economics at California State University. She also has experience working as a consultant on projects at the World Bank in Washington, D.C.
