Congratulations to Coach Tonishea Mack!
Congratulations to Governors State University’s (GovState) Women’s Basketball Coach Tonishea Mack, who received recognition as Coach of the Year not once, but twice this year following the Jaguars’ record-setting season.
Honored at the Illinois Basketball Coaches Association (IBCA) Awards luncheon in May, Mack received the IBCA Coach of the Year Award for the 2023-24 academic year. This honor follows Mack’s recognition from the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference (CCAC), who also named Mack Coach of the Year.
